Fun at sea
13:00 - 15:30
Try our Sit-on-top kayaks or SUPboards. We launch from the jetty and stay close to the beach. Age at least 10 years, limited no. of participants, so rebember sign up. Price DKK 20. We reserve the right to cancel.

Circus Big visits Camp Hverringe
15:00 - 21:00
Circus Big visits Camp Hverringe with both circusschool and at show. The Circus shool starts at 3 o'clock. at 4 o'clock there is a Parade on the campsite, at 6.30 the tents open and at 7 o'clock the show starts. Prices: adults DKK 70,- children 60,-. Circus school is free.

Playtime for the youngest
10:00 - 11:30
We make up games for the youngest. For the 4-7 year olds. We reserve the right to cancel.

TUESDAY

Sports on the lawn
11:30 - 12:30
Sport on the Lawn. We play football, softball or do other physical activities to get a good exercise, who knows perhaps you can win over the neighbor caravan.

Fishing and fun at the beach
16:00 - 17:30
We experience the adventure of the sea with waders and a fishing net. Explore the plants and animals that live on the seashore, together with maine biologist Søren Larsen. Price DKK 50,-

Pony rides at the anmimal enclosure

Our ponies Ida, Surtla and Perle invite you to a ride by the animal enclosure where we also meet up. There are a limited number of rides so please remember to sign up at reception. Parents are invited to help leading the ponies. Price DKK 5

Cancelled VinVogne visits, try different spirits and wines
We get a visit from the VinVognen, which is filled with different wines and spirits. Here is the opportunity to buy a gift for the house sitter or just buy a good bottle for yourself. There are of course tastings and you can among other things try the new camping room.

Røgeri Hindsholm is one of the small culinary gems on Hindsholm. Visit their Trattoria (remember to book a table) or stop by their shop. Their tapas are highly recommended.

AT CAMP HVERRINGE ALLE WEEK

Crolf
You have probably heard of both croquet and golf, but have you heard of crolf? If not you now have the chance to try out this fun game, which is played on a very small golfcourse with at croquet ball and club. You can borow the ball and clubs at reception.

Close to the beach we have our large sandpitch for playing volley as well as soccer. Please feel free to play as much as you like.

Too big for the playground but still like to climb? Then challenge your friends to a contest on our Tarzancourse

We have 2 large bouncy cushions on the camp site, so we offer ample opportunity for jumping to your hearts content

Borrow a board game at reception
For the days where the weather invites to indoor activities or for at beautiful summer evening you can borrow boardgames at reception.

Rent a sit-on-top cayak/canoe/SUP
Enjoy a peaceful trip along the coast in a sit-on-top cayak. they ar easy to handle and are therefore suitable for beginners. Price DKK 100 for one in 2 hours. Incl. lifevest.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE SURROUNDING AREAS?

Rosengårdscenteret/IKEA
One of the largest shopping malls in Denmark and the largest IKEA is barely half an hours drive from Camp hverringe. So if you feel like spending a day shopping here you can find everything you need. And the weather is no problem, as everything is indoors.

Gallery Galschiøt in Odense
The entire area is approximately 10.000 m2 and it is open for audience all working days between 9am and 5pm. Closed during the weekends. You can book a guided tour. Free admission. Gallery Galschiot is the sculptor Jens Galschiot's 2500 m2 studio and museum. The place is one of Denmark's most spectacular and biggest private art workshops. The place is full of activities, and besides the artist's workshop, there is also a bronze foundry, gallery shop, art schools, wicker workshop, TV-studios, Sculpture Park and a 400 m2 art gallery.

Egeskov Castle, Kværndrup
The lagest tourist attracion on Funen and this honour is well deserved. Egeskov Castle truely has something for everyone. Apart from the castle istself it boasts historical gardens, musem for antique cars, huge playground, tree top walking and much, much more.

The vikingship in Ladby
The area around Kerteminde i viking contry on Hindsholm and around Munkebo you can find several burial mounds and in Ladby, 15 km from Camp Hverringe you can see one of only original viking ships in the world.

Fjord og Bælt in Kerteminde
What happens in the sea of the beach of Camp Hverringe? Visit Fjord and Bælt in Kerteminde and find out. Here you can also see the the smallest whale in the world and the cute seals.

Odense Shelter museum
Every weekend from 10-16 o'clock the new shelter museum in Odense is open. Visit a genuine Air Shelter and see the interesting exhibitions.
